How is the deck structure built for lasting strength?

We go beyond the minimum standard. We use durable pressure-treated lumber for the frame, and we set the joists at 12 inches on center (closer than is typically required). This superior spacing provides extra strength and helps prevent composite decking from sagging over time.

How long will the construction process take?

We give you a specific timeline in your proposal. Once permits are secured, the actual construction is typically completed in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your deck’s size and custom features.

Do you work with both composite and wood materials?

Yes, we work with both. We specialize in ultra-low maintenance composite decking as Trex Pro and TimberTech Pro affiliates. Still, we will discuss all material options, including premium wood, to find the best selection for your home.

Do you offer financing options?

While we do not offer in-house financing at this time, we will give you a detailed, written proposal that you can easily use with your bank or credit union if you plan to seek a personal loan or line of credit for your investment.

Does Back To Nature handle permits and HOA approval?

We handle the permit application process with the township, including providing all necessary drawings. You’ll then typically submit those drawings and the contract to your Homeowners Association (HOA) for their final approval.
