Decking is Trex® Decking Material
using the Saddle color and the rail system
is red cedar with custom lamp posts.
Deck has skirting completely enclosing the entire structure.
Creating long double steps creates an excellent sitting area
and gives a nice open feel to the deck.
Incorporating our rail system into the existing overhead
roof leading to the
basement helped in tying the deck area
to the home.
Our framing was placed on 16" centers and is made up of 2" x 10"
framing material.
We also add cats between the joists to help
prevent bounce in the structure.
